» SOUND THE ALERT..
Notts heavyweight and UK veteran still blazing his own path through the heart of UK graf..
I felt like it was time to drop a bit of spotlight onto our least computer literate heavy artillery member. ALERT has rocked his name like a machine since the graf bomb was dropped upon these unsuspecting shores. From the glory days and groundbreaking heights of the 80’s on through those dark years during the 90’s when UK graffiti was a worldwide laughing stock. ALERT has battled for Britain, rarely sending pictures to magazines and never posting any of his mass of paintings on the net he has soldiered hard and continously to keep that flame burning and keep his name out there..
So here’s a couple of ALERT joints for you to peep..

ALERT NOTTINGHAM. this was part of the wall on the side of the pharmacy in central Notts. painted with REVOK, DILK & AROE.
No concept or theme just burners..

ALERT LOS ANGELES USA. this spot was real nice and previously only blessed with tags and scratchy throw ups so it was only right to get up and leave a more permanent mark.. painted with RIME to the right..

ALERT BRIGHTON. one of the first HEAVY ARTILLERY get togethers an oldy but goody never the less..

ALERT SAN DIEGO USA. after a relaxing drive down from LA we hooked up with killer dave aka PERSUE (pronounced per-sway) and got on with dropping it like it was hottttt..

ALERT (the tinman) LOS ANGELES USA. after a brief vist to the incredibly hospitable Hugo we loaded up the whip with about as much tins as it could carry and then set about trying to paint everyday. The whip incidently was a dodge durango and it was hella dope..

ALERT NOTTINGHAM. nothing like busting out a font to illustrate your feelings by dripping blood through it then setting it on fire..

ALERT & DILK NOTTINGHAM. Notts bombers and premiership bronxers drop this little nugget for your domepiece. Anti drip crew get a lot of respects from the ARTILLERY so keep on keeping on..
There are colour schemes then there are killer colour schemes and ALERT is a giant in the game when it comes to dangerous colourways. Shock one fellow Notts legend recently told me he thinks ALERT might have the best colours he’s ever seen… Big words indeed.
